I usually like girls who have their hair at atleast medium length with a hat on, with jeans and a t-shirt, but have their makeup done and generally a "girly girl". Is this normal?
No, it's not. Long hair and hat sounds pretty girly. And jeans and tee sounds just average.
you do not know what a tomboy is than . Also they dress like that just becuase hiar is not super short does not mean "not a tomboy " you seem to think tomboys can not have long hiar when alot of them do and are still tomboys.
Yes it is . Its called tomboy . Just becuase someone does not look like a total man does not change it , still is tomboy . Also there is nothing wrong with being tomboy but it is alot more common than it use to be .

There is more than one kind of tomboy . some tomboys dress like boys and never wear make up yet some do it is still tomboy .
Nothing about it is complex . You think all tomboys have super short hiar , hate make up and only like boy things and shun everything girly . That is not the case at all they just tend to be more boyish or have boyish manerism or dress . It does not make them any less of a person and does not make them gay . Some tomboys have longhiar so according to you to like boy things you must look like a boy , act like a boy , talk like a boy ? That is the definition of a tomboy being able to do those things as a girl .wihtout being a boy and fitting the standard .

Just becuase some is a tomboy does not mean they can not like girlthing there is a diffrence between butch and tomboy . some tomboys will dress very boyish but still like girl things and boy things a tomboy is just a girl who is into guys stugg and isnt super frilly and dressy and has to look like a absolute princess all the time . Someone can dress in boy cloth and still were make up it does not make them any less of a girl . some tomboys hate makeup some wear make up but still dress like a boy a tomboy is defined by manners or likes activitys a guy would like so if you think a girl can not like guy things and still be cute you are very wrong and you completly misunderstand what tomboys are . they are not butch they are not completly infeminate they just are a tad more boyish than most girls does not mean make up is off limits .
If people don't like tomboys then shame on them there relly cute acting like that and dressing like guys when I was younger a girl stol my clothes and acted like one I told her what a tomboy ment and shut her up
