Is it normal to like dating diffrent ages of poeple ?

I do not Know why but I have always done this . No one cared until I turned 18 than it was suddenly a felony I usually date 2 years over mine or 2 years below is it wrong to like a 16 year old when you are 18 morally ? I left them for this reason but does this make me a sicko ? Or is this normal ? Also please do not say something like age is just a number because this does not serve when a 14 year old is dating a 30 year old as that is clearly wrong . In this other case( my case ) do you think morally its incorrect . I do not do this since it is against the law and I do not want to brake the law . I asked a teacher this when I turned 18 and I got the response " It was sick , vial and wrong " . Any thoughts ? Also no I have not slept with anyone I have not done a lot with most people I have dated. I have done a few things but only with people I was with a very long time and neither of us were adults at the time .I left the minute I turned 18 .

Perfectly normal
The age of consent is 16 is most states and countries.
Some countries are way younger than that.

  I did not do anything to break the law and that’s why I left my boyfriend after I turned 18 but I regretted it after . I know I should not regret it as it is wrong to begin with .

  The rules are 18 is by law an adult . If a 18 year old had sex or even thinks about being with someone even a age below it is frowned upon and is a law being broken . If the children were together before one of them turned age 18 they can still risk going to jail for a sex offence if the child says they touched them or if the parents decides to press charges for violating there young . by law it is WRONG . Even if the child says no they are my boy/girlfriend . They can still be put under prosecution regardless if the child wanted to be with that person or not . This is not always a issue unless the parents decide to push charges but a adult can always do it . In this case the 18 year old has little defense and can be imprisoned as a sex offender .Its called statutory rape.

Sometimes I see 16 year olds and think to myself "if I were a few years younger" I wonder if that makes me a pervert. Regardless I stick to 18 and above for legal reasons.

I know a 19 year old who's gf is 26 and my friend is 17 and her bf is 24, It isn't really that big of a deal. So i would say that 2 years is nothing.
