Ok so i hate when people use the word pervert in the slang form it pisses me off that alot of people like to use like they call you a pervert for just talking about sex which is wrong and incorrect and when i tell them that a pervert is like a pedophile and other types of abnormality they laugh at me and dont really care about what i tell them i have actually looked up the definition of it i know i should probably control my anger about it but is this normal?

    In the English language, a word can have more than one meaning. I know this may come as a shock, but it's true. If you ask for a pop in Buffalo, NY you will get a carbonated sugar filled beverage. If you ask for a pop in New York City, you are asking for someone to punch you in the mouth.

        You hate when people use 'pervert' wrong? I hate when people use 'retard' wrong. Not only is it annoying, it's ableist and offensive to people who are actually mentally handicapped. You of all people should understand what it's like to feel this way about a word.
