Is it normal to like cold lips?

Whenever I have a Popsicle, or some cold treat, I rub it on my lips like chapstick, while I'm eating it. I love the coolness, and the moisturizing effect. Does anyone else do this?

    I like it too, I hate the feeling of dry lips.

    Plus, it kisses better hehehe.
