I don't know if other people also feel the same, but I like to feel pain, it gives me a lot of pleasure and lust.
Normally I'm all for fetishes, but things like ball torture, shit eating, fisting, and in your case choking are just not normal. Hanging yourself can potentially lead you to die, get injured, or worse: the lack of oxygen causing brain damage and living your life as a drooling vegetable, burdening everyone that is stuck taking care of you.

It's a better way to kill yourself than many alternatives, but it's pretty stupid if you don't have a death wish, or if you're smart enough to suspect that permanent mental or physical incapacity due to brain damage might cramp your style a little.
