Is it normal to like and be in a relationship with your cousin?

During summer 2013 I went to my home country and spent time with my grandparents for about 2 weeks and then me and family went to my cousin's home town. At first it was quite casual, just me and my cousin hanging out but I always knew he had something for me but I never payed attention to it until the last day before we went back to my home town. He gave me a kiss on the cheek that wasn't a "cousin to cousin" kiss on the cheek, it was more than that.

A week after I went to my home town him and my aunt and his sister came to my home town because he was applying for a school in my town. He started to act differently and quite sexual with me. I found it very awkward. So then I came back to the uk and I didn't really think about it after that. During about December 2013, my grandad died. Me and my family had to go back to our home country for the funeral. He was still in school that week so he only came on the weekend. Again it was casual and we were hanging out as cousins. He had to go back to school for the week and then came back for half term. During that week I realised I had developed feeling for him. Again things got sexual and he tried to kiss but I kept avoiding it worried that someone would find out but then it just happened and he kissed me. We didn't speak of it ever since. Even though it happened I couldn't believe it until on his status on Facebook he had written that he was in love and didn't know what to do which was also what I felt too. We then went our separate ways and yet never spoke of it.

Recently we reconnected on whatsapp and he started texting me cute quotes and stuff and I really liked it. I want to be in a relationship with him and I'm guessing he feels the same way but he hasn't told me if he does have feeling for me or not and I'm also worried that someone would find out. And I also don't know if it's even right for someone to be in a relationship with their cousin. So what should I do??
