Just today, I noticed a pattern for how I like guys. Right now I'm into three different guys that I never liked before, until they started touching me. A man can be as mean and ugly as he wants, but if he touches me at all, I'll instantly like him.

The fact that you said a guy can be as mean as he wants to be, but the second he touches you all is forgiven alarms me. Men should never be mean to a woman, ever. Nor should a woman be mean to a man.
Angry is different. But it seems like a logical step where mean people end up being abusive people.

I've never heard of this form of attraction. However, I have heard of love at first sight. In this case you're just applying it with touch. I don't think love at first sight exists, thus i don't think what you feel is normal. I have to ask. If you were raped and didn't see the man who raped you, would you love that stranger?
Sometimes, only by touching you can feel something attracting. But what is weird in your story is that you said that even if the man is a total jerk you would feel something for him just by touching? Maybe you need sex xd maybe your in lack xd
