i will lie about the stupidest things, for example if i meet up with someone i will say stupid things like "the bus almost crashed on the way here" and tell them i'm a musician and stuff, why do i do it and IIN??
Yea I do that too. I don't mean to lie and it's not like i'm lying about a big secret or something really important. I lie about little things without thinking about it.
I have a friend like that. I think she likes to make up things like that because she doesn't like her own life. She has said she doesn't really like who she is.She's a drama queen,just bored with her own life seeking attention.
I do it all the time. Make up stuff when there's asolutely no reason to. I think its weird...and stupid..but if someone else is doing it...maybe we're not the only ones.

I used to do this when I was little to be silly, but it morphed into me lying about serious things, and I've lost the trust of some people close to me. I have actively started to become a more honest person, though...just be careful.

You're just trying to make yourself seem interesting so people will notice. It's a subconcious thing sort of. I think it's okay to do, i'm not too sure.
