It's normal to be weirded out, ashamed, have the urges, and like it.

Hun, please talk to a therapist. What your cousin did was wrong even though being fairly young herself she too didn't fully understand how wrong it was. Many people who have been raped and/or molested in their childhood tend to develop either extreme sexual urges or just the opposite, they can't get turned on at all or its very hard.
