I am a single mother with five kids and I'm addicted to codeine
I want to know if it's acceptable to go to rehab and leave my kids with family.
Its better than staying home with your kids and getting high around them all the time.
Do it girl. The fact that you acknowledge your problem and wanting to fix it is honorable. Now you may or may not stay clean but your 5 kids will respect you for your efforts.

Yes, you should definitely go into rehab for your sake and your children's. I really hope you get better, it's very brave of you to come forward and confess to drug abuse, even if done so anonymously.

You must be Canadian. It's the only place on earth where I could buy codeine over the counter, but couldn't buy Welbutrin (a non-addictive non-narcotic, super mild sedative) to help me quit smoking without a doctor's prescription. That country is fucking nuts!
Probably because it's prescription almost everywhere and has several contraindications, what with being an anti depressant and its other major use being to treat major depressive disorder.
