Is it normal to leak a small amount of urine when you exercise?

I'm female, 26 years old and have no kids. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel so alone.

  • It's normal . Try doing pelvic exercises to strengthen things down there. Makes it all tighter, thus not leaking anymore.

      Yep -
Just read this in an article - your muscle tissue surrounding your urinary opening isnt as strong for whatever reason - keagle exercises are your best bet.

Keagle Exercise: pretend like you are trying to stop yourself in mid pee (tensing those muscles is what a keagle exercise is) - do 10 reps X 10 times periodically throughout your day......
      I'm doing them RIGHT NOW!

As a pee fetishist I find this a turn on.

Your cunt will tighten up eventually. If not don't worry but you could always consult a physician but if he asks to see your tits you should be wary!

Sometimes I pee when I sneeze. Actually, a couple months ago I wasn't feeling so well and I sneezed, threw up, and peed my pants all at the same time. It happens.

The best thing you can do is practice your kegels. This is where you stop the flow of urine mid stream and hold for 10 seconds. Work on strengthing those muscles. If the problem becomes worse you may want to talk to your doctor.

Loads of people suffer with it but probably don't admit to it because it appears embarrassing (it's not, really). There are loads of treatment options too. Just have a word with your doctor.
