Is it normal to keep your word even after being destroyed by everyone?

Ok long story shot. I dated this girl _____ __________, former miss teen ______ international. Anywayswe dated in high school she was a junior and I a senior. I was a year older....once I turned 18 her parents, who run the community I live in, also with the help of thier neighbors Chief of Police and a well respected attorney, they filed no contact order, stalking, etc to keep me away cuz aparrently I would have ruined her future. But we both snuck out, saw each other, etc, etc. I went to jail several times....now they want to throw me in prison for 15 years...and because I didnt want them or I to ruin her future. . . I made her hate me so in the end she could still keep her family instead of losing everything...but I gave her my word that I would always protect her...of course her parents found out...now are saying if I dont go to prison they will take everything away from her...ya shitty situatuion I know, but men who are like me and value thier word please help...i need it!

Something sounds wrong with this story. It's not believable.

Sorry, it just sounded too far-fetched at first.

I agree with some of the other posts here. If there's a restraining order against you, it's time to move on, whether you're the porblem or the parents are too protective. Either way, it's not a good situation.

I know even tho we both were at fault ik wat u mean...but at some point I realized...it was going to end..let me ask you a question. If somehow u knew the love of your life was leaving you and you couldnt stop it, what would you do?....hypothetical question...onoy a few really know what happened this whole jail stuff is...how should I say it ummmm...a guareentee that she would be safe and learn from this....hard to explain all the deals that went doen under the table

If the love of my life was slipping away and I couldn't do anything about it? I'd let him go.

I don't know what you mean about guaranteeing safety and learning from this.

Yes charge was dropped otherwise id be in prison. They couldnt prove it and I wasnt. You see I have no trouble admitting most of this is my fault. Although my action were not the best cboice, its the only one I had. I didnt stalk her. So before you look down on me judge ur own history ok. . . And im in court now on going. . Chief of police is being asked to resign for lying, falsifying records, etc. idk about her parents yet...

I didnt mean to sound judgemental, i was just mearly stating that according to google breaking a no contact law is considered stalking.

Anyway i wish you the best of luck.

Behave yourself!! They have went to these lengths to protect her so - they are going to take Fuk all off her!!

    Their precious little princess!!

    Wise up.

The most that will happen is that she is sent on an extended holiday cruise away from you.

Live your life and let her deal with these dicks. She will be able to manipulate them just fine.

If someones parents tried to give me a no contact order I would have told them to shove it up their arse.
