No that's fine. Those gifts are yours to keep.

The only exception is if the gift is something like a class ring. You don't keep your ex's personal items if you're not going to stay with them.

I have thrown away two items of jewelry that an ex got for me. I didn't end on good terms. I didn't want anything from him! It was his money not mine. I don't regret it and I would do it again!
