All my friends will laugh about rape and the earthquakes in china but the minute I make a 911 joke its no go cause its "close to home" and "happened so recently". Everyone should stop being so sensitive
911 is over and done with. Yes ppl know ppl that died in there and yes i know this may sound a lil rude to some, but get over it. If ppl want to joke about it, let them. It's human nature to joke about things. Don't let all your feathers get ruffled over something that happened 10 years ago. Ppl die everyday and no one gets pissed 10 years later about it. Its called fate ppl. It happens everyday to everyone. It was my choice to say all of this and if anyone chooses to get mad at me for this, then go ahead. But know that i am not gonna argue on some iPod app.
But in other words, joke about it all you want. It's your choice. If they choose to make fun of something overseas, then you can choose to joke about your own home land that you live in.

They say 911 is close to home so the earthquake in Japan (not china) is far away so it's okay to joke about? So people in Japan can joke about 911 and it's perfectly fine. Oh and rape, that is something that happens EVERYWHERE. I like to joke but how are any of these things funny and I don't even understand HOW you could make a joke about them!

it's a DISGRACE that our government would go to such lengths (attack their own people) to create an enemy and use the threat of terrorism as a reason to perpetrate their wars.
They don't care if our own people die as much as they don't care if our own soldiers waste their lives in absurd wars, as long as the business of war and power keeps them going.
Why do you and your friends joke about any of that stuff? There is nothing funny about people being killed or raped. At all.
