Is it normal to imagine anything with perfect physics

So since I was very little I noticed something different about my imagination. The easiest way to explain it is by an example. When I was 10-ish I had never fired a gun and I really wanted to. I imagined what it'd be like and exactly how it would feel in my hard when it fired. 2 years later I fired a hand gun and it was exactly how I imagined it. I'm a professional mma fighter and the best way to put it is I can train in my head; feel every punch, kick, step, movement, all in perfect detail like Im there.
I just wanted to know if that was normal to be able to vidily imagine anything physical thing.

Thanks all for your responses, the thing I forgot to write is that I had never seen a handgun fired back then, except maybe in n64 james bond?

It's normal, the amount of depth into detail is fueled by passion and desire. You wanted to hold a gun, you've seen someone do it, seen the texture of the metal, how they hold it and what parts of their body touch it. With lots of pieces of information it can be easy to imagine something realistically.

i guess its normal if you watched alot of videos of a guy firing his hand and feeling the recoil.

I feel the same way about motorcycling but i havent motorcycled yet.

i guess we use out memories from our 5 senses and try to match something with that to make it feel something like that ur imagining.
