I do it also, but I do it much more than at night, any time I'm doing something mindless I'll drift off...
you ll get over it wen i was way younger i had a little thing i called dreamland i always seemed to go there in my dreams and there were 2 paths each with a sign but i never knew wat each one said and i always thought dreamland came from inside my walls its completely normal
