Is it normal to hope my mother will divorce my father
I think my mother is too good for him. He's uneducated, hot tempered, unreasonable and my brother and I can't stand him

What you should care about is, is he right for your mom? If they are good for each other then they should not get a divorce. If they fight all the time and never get along and are only together for you and your bro, then they probablly should get a divorce.

When I was a kid I would prey that my parents would get divorced. My dad was a mean alcoholic. I have only seen him sober once in my life. He was abusive also. They eventually got divorced, and I have not spoken to him in about 3 years. And before that it was about 4 years

When I was a teen often my parents fought and I used to wish them a divorce. It did not happen though and now that I am grown and out of the house they actually get along allot better now, (ironic huh?)
