I've experienced this too. It apparently has something to do with Astral Projection/O.B.E's. I haven't experienced this in a long time.
listen to what they say. not literally, just metaphorically. then, it might not be so scary/strange anymore.
source: I experience similar stuff a lot
My problem is simmilar.I have voices in my head too,but I never hear them ending.
For some reason this sounds very familiar because of the fan part.. Did you post this before, a long time ago? Anyway I had this problem once as well and idk if the fillings thing is a joke but I don't have fillings, but was able to hear talking like radio voices, crowds, and morse code (not just beeps but actual "dits and dahs" - I tried to write them down but couldn't make anything of it) this was something I heard actually inside my ears and not in my head because I don't have any psychosis. I've heard of other people having it but no clear answer as to why.
You might be experiencing Bipolar w/ psychosis. I have psychosis (although for me they're thinking schizophrenia, not bipolar) and I hear voices a lot, too.
If you have metal fillings in your teeth, these could be acting like a radio and allowing you to hear things. You may not be crazy at all, just a radio receiver.
It is possible for a brain disease to progress. If left without proper treatment it can destroy your life. You aren't alone, know that.
However, it is absolutely crucial yuo dont listen to the conversations created by the voices you hear. put headphones in, and distract your mind if you have to.
My second piece of, again, -crucial- advice is that yuo see your doctor as soon as possible. if it gets any worse or yuo endanger yourself or others, OR if yuo think about causing yourself, or others harm.. then get a psychological screening at your local ER, and be honest with them. you might be committed but time will pass, they will regulate your medicationand you will be healthier and prepared to take on life's challenges when released.
best of luck to yuo, my friend.
