Is it normal to hear things inside your bidy?

Okay, so I know it sounds weird and it is so hard to explain but every so often I get this weird crunching noise almost like someone crushing a water bottle. I can't feel anything and it doesn't hurt but I feel as though the sound is coming from my neck but I csnonly hear it inside my body. Gas anyone else ever experienced anything likeq this??

    I get that in my neck as well..you should discuss it with your doc. Could be a disc problem or a bone spur or countless other things.

    If you travel to or via (or live in) high altitudes (mountain area?) it may be the feeling (and hearing!) as if you are diving underwater.

    Sounds like you are subjected to difference in air pressure.

    If not then better get it checked out.
