Is it normal to hear clicks in your brain?

Does anyone else hear and feel strange clicks and creaks happening in your skull / brain? Is this normal? What is the cause of this?

It's more likely your upper spine / neck and jaw rather than your cranium (rest of your skull). I occasionally hear little noises from that area too.

If you hear it when you turn your head then yes it's normal. It's just your neck popping continuously. No biggy.

  • I've always gotten this too, it's really weird. I think we have a couple screws loose and they're rattling around in there.

    Could also be your sinuses.
