Is it normal to have very sensitive testicals

My testicals have been extremely sensitive for about a year. I am 67 years old, and have been imputent for about 5 years. Cannot even slightly touch my balls without discomfort. Is this normal? What should I do?

    Could be Epididymitis. I had it twice. The first time I had it, I went to the ER. I found out that the doctor on duty was a homosexual. As my wife pointed out, a gay man fingered my balls.
