Is it normal to have two small oval shaped bumps below my ear?
I have two small oval shaped bumps about an inch below my left ear. I have had frequent ear infections my whole life. For some reason my ear infection aren't typical. They block up my ear canal. I don't know if those two bumps is my swollen ear canal or lymph nodes. I don't know much about lymph nodes but apparently they are located around the same place. I was wondering if it's my ear canal why are there "two" bumps. I am also not an expert on ears so I really don't know the anatomy of an ear canal. Ever since I could remember I have had these bumps while I had an ear infection. Also do you actually have to go swimming to contract "swimmer's ear"? About yesterday my ear started acting up and all day I was miserable. It hurt really bad. I kept losing my balance too. Today the pain isn't that bad but the bumps have gotten bigger. If you have any idea what my problem is please tell me. Or even if you have a similar problem.
