Is it normal to have two small oval shaped bumps below my ear?

I have two small oval shaped bumps about an inch below my left ear. I have had frequent ear infections my whole life. For some reason my ear infection aren't typical. They block up my ear canal. I don't know if those two bumps is my swollen ear canal or lymph nodes. I don't know much about lymph nodes but apparently they are located around the same place. I was wondering if it's my ear canal why are there "two" bumps. I am also not an expert on ears so I really don't know the anatomy of an ear canal. Ever since I could remember I have had these bumps while I had an ear infection. Also do you actually have to go swimming to contract "swimmer's ear"? About yesterday my ear started acting up and all day I was miserable. It hurt really bad. I kept losing my balance too. Today the pain isn't that bad but the bumps have gotten bigger. If you have any idea what my problem is please tell me. Or even if you have a similar problem.

They sound like swollen lymph nodes which is due to a localised infection in that area. Luckily ear infections are easy to treat usually with a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin.

I had this too. Its either a swollen lymph node or you have a cyst. Your ear is actually a common place for cysts to appear. I had one of these and it was a cyst.

Pretty sure its not normal. If somone said it was normal it be like call me REAL purple eyes that I was born with normal. Go to a doctor get it checked out. It could be bad for your heath since you get ear infections frequently. The bump may be the cause of the infections.

It could be lesions on the edge of the (Hippocampus?), their positioning causing the skull to warp. You should get a MRI.
