Completely normal, when I quit it took about two weeks to even get near a normal sleeping pattern. Pretty much the same for everyone else I know who have quit aswell. Long term benefits are worth it, like no fuzzy head in the mornings but nothing wrong with still having a smoke
If you are a heavy smoker (multiple times a day, every day) and you abruptly quit, you will experience mild withdrawal symptoms including insomnia, boredom, and maybe some slight irritability but these symptoms typically do not last more than 3 days to a week. Try a melatonin supplement right before bedtime, it should help you get to sleep better. The withdrawal symptoms from stopping weed if they exist at all are mostly psychological and are comparatively mild compared to detox from hard drugs. You can also smoke catnip or make it into a tea for sedative effects, it's nasty tasting but it is part of the same family as cannabis and provides a mild sedative effect. I don't know if it will provide a false positive on your drug screen though, so be careful.
Yes, this is possibly a sign of withdraw from marijuana. Many strains of marijuana tend to make the user tired and have better sleep. If you have abruptly stopped smoking, then it is likely that your body is not used to going to sleep on its own anymore.
its normal. But its good you don't take drugs any more like its not good for you. Try plying soft songs to help you sleep at night.
I used to smoke weed every day and the one day I didn't, I couldn't sleep until 7am!
