While I'm at work my sexual tension gets so bad that I have to go to the bathroom or to my car to masturbate and relieve myself atleast 5 to 6 times a day. I just don't know if this is normal or if it's excessive

    If it’s compulsive then you might be addicted to the sensation and the endorphins realised. It’s like being addicted to any other kind of drug. Seeking help is always a good thing.

    Why do you have to go to the bathroom or your car to jack off? Why can't you do it at work? I do it in my office if I'm so Horny I can't concentrate on my work

    It's not normal to have to do that. Try going cold turkey for a couple of days and see what that's like. If it's too difficult for you then you may actually need to seek help
