Is it normal to have thoughts about girl you hate?

So there is this girl in my class who mocks me when me after class cause i know more about ever subject than her. I also correct her but for some reasson she finds it offensive and then calls me a teacher's pet and stuff like that. But for some reasson i can never feel hateful thoughts about her. Let me know what you think.

    Well, yeah. Of course. You don''t have to hate someone who annoys you. Are you sure there's not a reason she doesn't like you though? Perhaps try to ask her and find put. People don't just hate others for no reason. It doesn't have to be a good reason, but very rarely is there no reason.
    For instance, how do you correct her? Saying things with the wrong tone of voice is offensive. I also notice that you claim to know more in every subject than her. Perhaps that's what bugs her? It can come off as condescending and pompous when you say things like that, honestly.

      The girl most likely feels inferior to him and probably wants to bring him down to her level so she can feel more confident about herself

        That's the obvious answer, but its commonly more difficult when you include people over the age of eighteen.
