Is it normal to have this weird feeling and farts when getting excited

When I get excited, even about the most basic things, I get this weird feeling in the area of my prostate, which emanates on the whole body. It's kind of good feeling, and I would say motivating. Sometimes it bothers me, because when I am with a girl, I will start having farts for no good reason because of that excitement.

    R u saying ur body produces gas out of nothing just by being excited? Seems dubious.

      Anxiety can cause the stomach to play up - bloating, gas, diarrhea/constipation are common symptoms.

      It's not inconceivable that nervous excitement could lead to increased gas and consequently OP farting all over the place whilst the girl he's with looks on in abject horror.
