Is it normal to have this type of period complications?

Female, 18 - never been sexually active.

For quite some time now I've been having blood clots each time I get my period. Literally the day I start my period, I find out 'cause I'll see clots when I look down. The sizes vary, but I'd say a good amount of the time they are bigger than a quarter. My cycle is pretty irregular, there has been 2 times where I have had my period twice in the same month. I get cramps, sometimes not bad - other times I feel like my uterus is about to fall out of my vag, literally can't move or do anything at that point because it is so sore & feels like my muscles in there are tightened, stretching, being put to work, etc. My exaggerated description is to compare how it would feel to have a train ran on you by multiple people lol. I got my period when I was 10 years old. I've always used pads, but I've started going back & forth between pads & tampons. I've never been so great at keeping track of my period but things have gotten to the point where I've downloaded an app on my IPhone to mark them down & list my symptoms & treatments & little notes I can add whenever needed.

I have a lot of health conditions, disorders, & etc. For a few years now, for each month I would become anemic & feel really tired, drowsy, & bruise easily. It's been like that for a looooong time, up until somewhere between mid-summer & august things took a DRASTIC turn & got extremely bad. I was hospitalized for a week. I was dehydrated, I wasn't eating, literally a health bar would fill me up for the day, I got extremely light headed, dizzy, spaced out, my skin was losing it's color, my lips were turning gray, I was shaking, I could barely even walk, when I went to the hospital they said I lost 12 lbs, all this had happened in the course of a weekend, it only took until Monday had come for when it got even worse. They had tried to hook me up to the IV to keep me hydrated & had stuck me so many times because they couldn't get any good veins out of me, they said I was "running dry". It was terrifying. My anxiety was through the roof because nobody could figure out what in the hell was happening. I saw Dr. after Dr. & none of them could explain it. The hospital wanted to make sure I get seen by every Dr. for every part of my body to verify everything was working normally. The 2 oddest things of all were 1. I had gotten my period, normal just like every other, blood clots & all, & normally when I get my period I get the munchies & during that point I didn't wanna eat; 2. Each Dr.'s examinations said I was completely normal & had a normal blood count whereas when I first got admitted I had a blood count of 10 I believe? or 11? One or the other. That was half a year ago & I still have no answer as to what happened.

I went to the hemotologist/oncologist, got checked for cancer which came back negative. & since have been put on iron tablets as a treatment. So far so good but still had blood clots each period. The duration is normally 7 days.

Oh, I should also add that this isn't the first time having difficulties when it comes to blood. When I was a baby I had a low white count & they suspected I had lukeimia & I had to undergo a bone marrow aspiration. Dr.'s had told my mom that they believed I would out grow it but here we are today lol...

& BTW, I also have a cyst on my liver that complicates the option of going on birth control, ever because the cyst would then take over my liver & I would die. I've yet to see a gyno to figure out what the hell is up & see what my other possible options could be.

Anybody have any clues, insights, similarities, etc.??
Anything would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, this is so not normal and SUCKS!! I mean, my period is normal and lasts like four days and I already hate it enough.
What you describe (being anaemic, getting clots, very long periods, pain...) happened to my grandma... when she was 50 and was about to start menopause....

I'd keep going to the doctor, really :| They have to find out, it's so not normal!! And it must suck when you're on your period.

Oh, and if i were you, i'd use tampons almost all the time!
