Is it normal to have this ridiculous diet after giving up vegetarianism?
I got this simple diet from the internet, from BBC Good Food, and when I demanded a food I wanted exactly as I read it on the internet, there was so much conflict with my mother, so I repeatedly went shopping to buy exactly the food I wanted and for a snack I had savoury popcorn, for lunch I had a chicken sandwich (chicken from the chicken curry that wasn't quite cooked but to me the chicken was cooked) on wholemeal bread served with a large lentil salad in a mild curry dressing, and for dinner I plan to eat my mother's chicken curry with peas and potatoes in the curry served with a bean and lettuce salad, with brown rice and quinoa which I bought from the shop and I told my mother to serve the curry with the brown rice and quinoa and that's lucky for me because the internet suggested dinner to be served with brown rice, quinoa, or wholemeal pasta, my mother made so much conflict with this diet, and when I had lunch like that, I was satisfied and full, and I was happy, it met a desire and want, and my mother was irritable and narky, in my next shopping, on Thursday, I plan to also be on the Subway diet, and only partially be on a liquitarian diet, just not all the time, my mother even hates the Subway diet, but the idea is to not eat higher calorie fast foods and that means no Hungry Jack's and no McDonald's, and there's no way I'm eating Emperor's Crown because there's no brown rice and quinoa and no lower fat cream cheese on crackers & no starchy carbs and lean proteins in that restaurant, I couldn't even afford roast beef and wholegrain bread for my sandwich, I only got paid $60, and when I took up these diets deciding to buy what I want with my money, it was causing conflict and my mother was making it difficult and was hard to get along and doesn't want to support my diet, I told her if she gives me the wrong foods I'll throw it on the floor, and she finally said "you can eat what you want" and I said "thank you!", the point with these ridiculous diets is that I'm eating healthy food and my mother can't even provide for that, she only supports idiosyncratic, vegetarian diets, I wonder why? She tried to make me a tomato sandwich but I didn't want a tomato sandwich, I only take serving suggestions as I learned was appropriate for long life, good health and weight loss, not the other way around!, I just wanted a normal, healthy diet as a change from the liquid diet, is this normal?
