I have lots of little bumps (hair follicles, although most don't actually have hair in) going up the base of my penis to just over half way.
Normal?
It's normal, though I think it would probably look a lot better if they weren't there.
It's normal to have sweat glands and hair follicles around the shaft of the penis. They look like tiny skin bumps, and aren't detrimental to your health or a consequence of any infection. These are usually developed in your late teens (17, 18, 19) and early 20s.
If you're really concerned go to a doctor and have a check-up. Better safe than sorry :)
