Is it normal to have this lump on my back?

Three years ago, in the middle of an xrated activty, my spouse randomly points out ihave a lump on my back. Assumin it was a headless pimple i hadnt felt, i disregarded it. Year after year, it still remains. It doesnt itch, hurt, or cause any discomfort. I wouldnt know i had it if it hadnt been pointed out. Its about the size of a half pea. It hasnt grown at all. It looks no different then my normal skin. Itskinda hard.

Is this normal???*

    Haha. Its probably an acne cyst and youll have to get it cut out. Thats what happened to my back shoulder cyst when I inquired about it at a walk in clinic, same day too, just lie down and boom. He cut that shit out stitched me up and sent me back out to the acne war.
