Is it normal to have this kind of dream?

Ok i had this dream 2 nights ago, and it was one obscure, messed up, completely nonsense dream. it was pretty disturbing how much it didn't make sense. Here's how it went...

I was going to the 7 Eleven to buy a pack of cigarettes and the guy at the counter said "Sorry we're out. try checking at Pizza Hut."
So i went to the Pizza Hut, and when i walked in, this one strange man immediately looks at me and says "Hey! I've been waiting for you!" and then talks to me about insurance claims and credit scores and all things things related for like 20 minutes, and he takes me to the "other side" of the restaurant. With the man still yapping away, we went through this door and into this tight room which was a bowling alley with a bunch of little kids bowling, and they had a whole bunch of stuffed animals with them.
Then there was the door on the side of that room. and when we went in, it was this whole other building which looked like a walmart or target.The guy ditched me and started talking to this other lady. At this point, I was just confused as hell.
I went to use the bathroom. on the way out I passed this guy in the hallway. He was middle-aged, overweight (beer gutted), bald, and had nerdy glasses. He was wearing a black t-shirt with the word "poon" on it (poon as in vagina I'm assuming). As we passed, he stopped turned his head and looked in my direction, and then sang loudly: "IIIIII'MM GONNA GET MARRRIIEEED" as i kept walking, he was staring at me.
As soon as I was back in the store, the floor was completely crawling with huge black furry spiders. they looked really fake, like remote-controlled toys. One of them crawled on my shoe.
Then I woke up.

How did I have this kind of dream??
