Is it normal to have this guy try to spank you when you shower?

I'm in my schools swimming team, we have to wear navy-blue speedos to swim, and this guy (let's call him Ray) is always staring at me, but not at my face, at my bottoms, and sometimes my buddy tells me he has seen Ray stare at my butt, I just ignore it but still... ok, so later on we move to the showers, we take our speedo off to shower, and Ray showers right next to me, I was soaping off, when my soap falls out of my hands, I bend down to pick it up, and Ray spanked my ass!! I sent a punch into the air but missed, so I sent a kick, and hit him right on the side of the head, so he fell to the floor, I left my soap there and got out, dressed up and left, now what, should I tell someone or just deal with it and hit him every time Ray gets horny on me?

    lol ook first of all why is the womens showers next to the mens if its in school , i dont think id try send i kick up in the air if i were naked an your soap fell loool try soap on a robe heard the have frogy pictures on it now D: sounds so .... should i say let the next comment tell you :)
