Is it normal to have this dreams?

I dream a lot at nights. Sometimes its something i was doing that day and it feels like rewinding a movie when you need to watch some scene a second time. Sometimes im doing something entirely new, like talking to someone i never met, or walking all alone in a place i have never been. Near the end of my dreams (before i wake up) there is always snow, it materializes out of nowhere, then its suddenly really dark that the only thing i can see its the snow. When i look at my watch, and i dont wear a watch when im awake, it shows 01:00. this happens the first time i look at my watch because when i look at it a second time it shows some strange signs. But the real twist is this; sometimes i wake up normally, there are times that before coming to my senses, i see a dark figure passing really fast in front of me and then it goes away, its a flash of some shadowy thing. i start having an extreme terror. its something so amplified that i dont know how to describe it. i come to my senses totally paralyzed, still terrified, i try to move my arms and legs but nothing happens. I try to talk and no sound comes out. It looks like an eternity to me because i can feel the shadow thing in my room watching me, sometimes it looks like its breathing near my ear. then it all goes away and i am perfectly calm, like nothing happen, like some sort of distant memory. so is it normal? if its not what is this thing that keeps happening to me.

  • It's nothing supernatural, if that's what you are concerned about. It's sounds very much like 'sleep paralysis' and is quite common.

It sounds like night terrors. Note, night terrors and nightmares are very different. Nightmares are just bad dreams. Night terrors actually have an impact on sleep patterns and can cause sleep paralysis which is what seems like happened to you. Night terrors are very vivid and the senses make it seem very real. Treating them varies depending on your situation. I would look into it more and perhaps see a doctor.

Recurring dreams usually mean there's an unsolved issue in your waking life. I get deja vu in dreams a lot, like I've had the same dream before but forgot about it. You can buy a dream dictionary if you want to know what your dreams mean. I have one but there's more than one meaning for each symbol, so it's kinda hard to interpret the exact meaning.

You need to be strong on the inside! When ever the dream comes again, jus say to urself that u r more powerful and strong. Have belief and it ll change.
Do consider the first two comments seriously. If its curable then this drama would not be required.
Or try to sleep with someone. I dont mean sex, jus sleep like with your frnd or mom or dad. But best of luck.
