Is it normal to have this dizziness?

Is it normal to get a dizziness when you lean your head back or lay down that feels like you have a humming bird flapping its wings inside your head? i know it isnt necessarily normal to get dizzy when you lean your head back or lay down but i'm more concerned with the way the dizziness feels over when i get it... It doesn feel like everything is spinning though i do get that sometimes as well it just feels like something is just weird in my head.

You sound as though you have tinnitus and possibly vertigo. Go to your doctor and get your blood pressure checked, keep up your fluids and don't drink alcohol. There is no cure for the humming bird sound but you learn to ignore it after about 6-9 months. Get it seen to before it gets worse, your doctor should send you for tests and be able to give you anti-sickness tablets too.

I have this and it's horrible.

Could be sinuses or an inner ear infection.

Please go to your doctor. I don't know enough about blood pressure but I've lost my hearing now as the doctors thought I'd had a cold the week before. NO! I hadn't!!
