I have sexual feelings towards my mother, ever since I was 14. I'm now 18 and she is now 38. She is still pretty young. She has a boyfriend that comes every second weekend. We walk around the house naked every time after we shower so we have seen eachother naked. I have been trying to get rid of these thoughts but recently I can't get it out of my head. Someone help me pleAse

    Stop walking around the house naked and ask your mother to do the same as well! If you choose to tell your mother anything what you should be telling her is that you're not comfortable with her walking around the house naked. I'm sorry but your feelings are wrong, immoral and just plain unnatural.

    Let me ask you something. If you were walking along one beautiful day in a park, and saw a purple duck fly in front of you, and take it's dick out, only it's not a dick it's a sausage, and you try to run but it trips you up with it's wiener, and you survive and get home, would you be bothered to ask whether it's normal or not, or would you know?

    Wow! Lots of outspoken, backward-thinking people on this site.

    It is perfectly normal for guys to have sexual thoughts and feelings about their mothers. In some cases, like mine, they act on their feelings. Some mothers freak, some take it in stride and direct their sons to another avenue of expression, and a small number indulge their sons.

    I suspect incest will always have a huge, ugly stigma. Suffice to say, it's more common that some of our narrow-minded cohorts believe.

    To be completely logical, it isn't uncommon for young boys to be attracted to their mothers. By young, I mean about 3-8 years old (approx.). This is because, well, she's the one who birthed you, takes care of you, plus boys don't really take notice of girls until adolescence (roughly), so their mother is the most important female in their lives. Then again, everyone is different. But it's true; mothers are beautiful creatures. So is this normal? Yeah, probably. But that doesn't mean society sees it as acceptable.

    First of all, I can't keep these feelings to myself. It's awkward just sitting next to my mom. I want to tell her how I feel. If something happens or not I'm not bothered, I want to know how to tell her?
