Is it normal to have these random dreams after getting engaged?

I am an artistic and creative person, and I've always had dreams.. but when me and my fiancé (C) started dating, I didn't ever have any dreams. I would usually just have thoughts, because apparently my mind never shuts off.. It wouldn't be a dream, but it'd be darkness and just me talking to myself... thinking about what I have to do, what I did with C that week, events coming up, etc.. But after C proposed, I started having these really weird dreams. One was me and him on a cruise ship and I was like, a female version of Tony Stark.. (yes... I turned into Iron Girl..) and like, I'd fight bad guys and all this stuff...
I had a dream the other night, me and C were in our apartment (we don't actually have an apartment, but in my dream we did*) and I was looking over at "our cat"* and she looked like one of my old cats from 6 years ago.. She was trying to lay down, front paws first, but they were shaking and she kept moving them as if she was in pain.. It was just weird..

My dreams have gotten more frequent as me and C are continuing plans for getting married.. And all of my dreams include C.. but they're all bizarre.. And usually there's AT LEAST one thing in it that is a part of my past, and my possible future (apartment, car, children), and then something completely random.. Does this mean anything? And is it normal?
