Is it normal to have these burps hiccup things?

So my friends bug me about this everyday. It's sounds like a hiccup, but I know it's not cause the feeling is different. I call it a wanna-be-burp. IIN?

    Maybe you are hiccuping and its causing you to burp from the pressure.

    It's normal.. usually happens after you eat or drink something too fast.

    My cousin used to get those too. She called them "hica-burps". LOL. I think it's normal though.
