Is it normal to have these bad of urges?

Everyday almost every hour I find myself very horny and all I want to do is go some where and masterbate or have sex. These urges get REALLY bad to where I am in a meeting and I have to be excused to go the the bathroom and masterbate. I talked to my friend about this and all she did was come onto me, but that's a different story. This is becoming hard on my life, and I was wondering if this was normal. :/
