Is it normal to have the urge to get naked everytime someone says "hi"

Whenever someone approaches me and says "hi" or "hello" i feel a strong urge rush over me to rip my clothes of. Not in a sexual way. Just take them off and continue conversation.. at times in public it has been hard to fight the urge, and I have had many indecent exposure charges. Is it normal to wanna strip down naked when someone greets me?
