Is it normal to have the same dream from somthing in the past?

I have been having the same dream for 3 months. It starts with me waking up and getting dressed before going to school. Now this is my school from seventh grade. It was a small brown building with a flag out front and some pine trees. Like always my past girlfriend is waiting for me out front and like always we would act like we didnt know each other and she was waiting for someone else but today was my last day in this town and i hadnt told her i was moving yet. I tryed to act normal and succeed i guess because when i told her i was moving at lunch she started to cry and ran away. At the end of the day i saw her again and she asked for me to wait because she had somthing to give me but i just turned and ran away. Thats where the dream ends every night.

Is it normal to repeatedly dream about a break up that happened years ago?

    At least now that you actually talked to her (even if she hates you), those dreams will go away.

    Yeah, it's normal to have recurrences of the same dream if your sub-conscious mind has been too much troubled by the break up of the past. My advice would be is to try to find her online [perhaps facebook ?] and explain it to her. Or try to find another love :)
    Remember,sometimes in life, u have to move on ...
