Is it normal to have the same dream but only when i get sick?

I have a dream that I only get if I have fever and no other time. It's a horrible kinda repeatitive circular experience associated with a unique negative emotion that I don't feel any other time. If I get that feeling when awake I know about to get real sick and go into this dream. Then when I get better it goes away.

    I spent a day at the amusement park and ate some awesome funnel cake... but that night when I went to sleep I was on a merry go round that wouldn't stop, then I got up and puked and the dreams were normal afterwards.
