Is it normal to have the itchies?!

So when im in bed at night and i get all comfortable. I snap out of it with random itchyness!! Like bugs are crawling ever so lightly on my skin. Now, i have pets but they don't have fleas and my family doesnt have lice, nor bed bugs. I just get randomly itchy in random places. Im not a crazy person but what on earth is this?!

    The body does that to see if you're still awake, I don't know why

    Allergic reaction? Try changing your fabric detergent and see if that helps.

    You're either allergic to something or your skin need a good moisturizer.

    Could it be a reaction to the laundry detergent used/or the type of fabric?

    I get that with particular types of laundry detergents.
