Is it normal to have sudden 'detatched moments'?

Well, sometimes when I'm walking somewhere, I feel as though my brain is falling, but my body is upright. When I mean falling, I mean it literally feels as though I am just randomly falling to the ground, and my skin, bones, muscle and body all feel like they're falling but i'm standing completely upright and then I feel really disoriented. Is it normal?

I would suggest you walk more and work out, possibly even do squat.

It's like a near feint. This has been happening to me for the past year almost.

I don't think it's normal and honestly sometimes I have similar sensations. I'm curious as to what people will say. I actually have chronic myofascial pain and fibromyalgia symptoms. I'm experiencing a flare up right now and had some crazy feelings today. Also I gotta proof read all my responses now cause I keep misspelling words having bad grammar. By any chance do you have any chronic pain?
