Is it normal to have such fat distribution for a man?

i have the worst fat distribution ever. i feel like i'm the only one with this weird fat distribution, so i don't think its normal and i don't know why the hell it's like this for me. i think its one of the best fat distribution for a woman, so if i was one i would have a smoking hot body and huge boobs, but as a man, its ugly.

so here is how my body is: no matter how much i weight, i always have significant amount of fat in the ass, boob, and waist areas, and next to no fat at all in the feet and hands areas.

my height is 1.80m (which is about 5'11") and my weight is only 61 kg (1 kg = 2.2 pounds) and i still have "man boobs" and a "fat ass". a few years ago when i trained i gained weight in order to build muscle mass, and at my peak i weighted 90 kg, and at that point i still had next to zero fat in my feet and hands areas. also my lowest weight was like 54 kg when i wanted to see how skinny i need to be in order to get rid of the boobs (lol), and even then i had boobs and ass and waist fat. its like all my fat goes first to my chest and ass and waist no matter what, and never goes to the feet and hands areas. its fucked up and impossible to get a normal fat distribution.

also ive known several dudes who are abit shorter than me, has less muscle, and weight the same as me, and somehow they look way skinnier than me, how is that possible?!?!
does this means my bones are made of plastic :S? but i highly doubt that my bones are weak cuz i can punch a concrete wall and it would barely hurt.

      why do so many people in here think they know everything when the only degree they ever had is a degree in being a troll from the troll cave college but act like they have been doctors for 20 years? i highly doubt that is it due to many reasons.

        • i have no problem if he suggested it, but he said it with utter certainty without knowing anything about me, and thats just pissed me off, because of how stupid that is.

          so even if he is an experienced doctor (HE ISNT) he cant make such a claim with such certainty without knowing anything about the situation. thats just dumb. and u are dumb for not realizing that.

          i have a master degree in physics, so ur not impressing me with ur degrees pal (and u probally dont even have them). sorry but you are the idiot here.

            Your original post perfectly describes fat distribution due to a sex hormone imbalance, most people with a little bit of knowledge in this area would have jumped to the exact same conclusion as our dear friend ramek did.
            As for my credentials you are more than welcome to read every single one of my posts over the past 5 years and I'm sure you will realise I'm not lying, I'm actually just in limbo at the moment before hopefully moving on to a PHD.
            I don't know whether you are an MSc or not but your spelling and grammar certainly don't do you justice if you are, especially if you are going to call someone else an idiot.

    It most likely is a hormone imbalance. However, women generally put on weight first in the thighs, hips and butt-not the chest and waist, though some do accumulate fat in those areas.men tend to carry fat in the belly and chest,and the upper arms.I don't understand what you're saying about not gaining weight in the hands and feet.most people don't have fat hands and feet unless they are very overweight.sounds like you aren't overweight, unless you have a very light bone structure. If you actually want advice, I would recommend you see a doctor, then see a personal trainer to ascertain what type of workouts would be best to get the results you want. Also, it would be wise to educate yourself about proper nutrition. You need to eat right to gain quality muscle-just bulking up won't look good or be healthy.best of luck.
