Is it normal to have such a self-consistent dream?

I walked through a 10 yard times 10 yard times long twisty courtyard, then the street and back (a circuit) 3 times waiting for something to change (cause I wanted something more interesting) and every detail is /exactly/ the same.

The dream was so long I started getting surprised yet the whole thing was just 3 circuits and /every/ /dang/ /thing/ (that I could remember) was the same. I was trapped in the same places, had to go back to the street the same places, had to climb over the same blocks of concrete and bent over fences that blocked the path for no reason and it didn't lead to anywhere beautiful or interesting.

I've been in lots of courtyards in real life and knew that this one is alot boringer than average. I think a third or half a mile or so of complex brownstone-scape is the most amount of information my brain (which is also doing the graphics, mind you) has ever had to remember to keep self-consistency in a dream.

  • Maybe, I am trapped in poverty and loneliness. Usually the self- consistency is crap.

Are you bragging about the consistency of your dream or is this a problem of yours?

If it's a problem-dream, it could mean you feel like your life is too repetative or that you feel trapped or something.
