Is it normal to have strong emotions but not able to describe them?

I don't know how to describe them in great detail even thought the emotion is a lot.

    I have a vast array of emotions that I find very difficult or impossible to explain. No worries

    Emotions hard to explain well to me emotions are totaly impossible to explain...

          I can control few of my emotions,and got rid of emotions too.
