I started masturbating at 11! I had this little weird piece of skin at the bottom and every time I did it to hard I would bleed without an injury. I'm quite a bit older now and I still have that weird piece of irregular skin above my vagina!

    It's perfectly normal and healthy to masturbate at any age. You need to relax. About your skin condition; you really should see a doctor.
