Is it normal to have so much excess skin on my underarms?

Ever since I can remember I've had these weird little skin lumps under my armpits and when I put my arms down it looks like I have two vaginas under my arms... I've only ever seen about two or three other people with this and I get really embarrassed when people see mine. I can never wear tank tops or sleeveless tops and dresses or swimwear. My mum and sister tell me it's no big deal but I seriously hate it.

    You could always get them dealt with surgically when you get the chance!

    I'm not sure what the excess skin thing is about, but I do know that the weird little lumps are called "skin tags". My sister and I both have them.
