Is it normal to have small breasts and big nipples?

I'm a woman in my mid twenties, and have never developed proper breasts! What I have now doesn't even fill an A cup and my nipples seem a bit too big-without an ariola...I know noone like me at all. Can anyone relate? I feel so unwomanly!!

    I'm portuguese and I didn't find out what an ariola is... but I'm 20, and same here. :P

    I was less confident about them before, but I think as time goes by I learn how to "live" with them and liking them more :)

    Also I think it really helps having a good skin. ^^

    Personally I've always said it's not the size of the boobies, but the size and quality (i.e. colouration and length when aroused as well as of the amount of transformation from not turned on, to turned on/transmogrification)of the nip nips that counts.
