Is it normal to have short painfull head aches?

well i keep having short painful head aches. i have them about 1-6 times a day and they only last about 5 seconds but when they do come it hurts like a bitch. it feels like someones stabbing me in the head with a knife and then twisting it! i just wondered if anybody else gets them?

    Might be an ice-pick headache but migraines feel much worse than that so...perhaps it is. Perhaps it's not.

    Perhaps go see a doctor.

    I have those too, but the worst is migraines.

      I got migraines even with this weird signs before like aura were I can't see properly... extremely annoying when in school -.-
